    • All orders are delivered with a fresh water source and flower care instructions.

    • Our team will review each case and, where appropriate, arrange a refund, replacement, or alternative solution.

    • We do not guarantee exact delivery times, except for funerals, where confirmed times will be honoured.

    • While we will always make our best efforts to meet requested timeframes, we recommend placing orders for AM or PM delivery.

    • If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a safe location and a photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
